While coming up with monster and magic infused cases has been the primary end of running a SINS episode, I personally find developing the secondary cases a lot more challenging. A good secondary case is quick, interesting, a little surprising, and a more than a little weird. It should also be difficult to spot on face of it, and shouldn’t get in the way of the main plot, at least not for long.
In the hopes of helping others enjoy their own episodes of Special Investigations: NightShift, I thought I’d give the synopsis of each of the secondary cases I’ve developed, along with some notes on how they worked out and.
Because these could act as spoilers, I’ve going to hide them after the fold.
